150-Series
The largest and most powerful sideloader in the world, 72 000 lbs (33 metric tonnes) lifting capacity! Designed to lift containers to/from ground, transfer containers to/from other chassis and railway cars. The 150 Series has extra support legs on the non lifting side for maximum safety and stability when stacking containers two high and no need for shortening the chains.
HAMMAR 150-Series sidelifter
The largest and most powerful sideloader in our family. Designed to lift and transfer containers easily and safely. 72 000 lbs lifting capacity and can even be up-graded to 92 000 lbs (42 metric tonnes), but not in combination with a gooseneck chassis.
The versatile stabilizers with an outreach of 73”, can be tilted from horizontal to vertical position to be placed on ground, under or on other chassis and rail cars.
Suitable for both S and C chassis.
Same components (SCS) are used in different places and different models. For example the cylinders are identical in many places. Six identical cylinders allow for easy and low cost maintenance.
Stability when high stacking is essential. The HAMMAR 151 H has extra stabilisers on the non lifting side as standard. This ensures safe stacking operations.
As an option to Truck PTO operation, a separate diesel power pack is available to operate the HAMMAR.
All hydraulic cylinders are connected with hinged spherical bearings. Eliminates damages in movements and gives a linear load.
All functions are operated from a cord remote. As an option we can supply a cordless radio control.
Gooseneck chassis: Container tunnel straddles the gooseneck to be at 13’ 6” height with a High Cube (9’ 6”) container with doors to the rear on a 47” fifth wheel.
