Our complement to the full capacity HAMMARs. It has been designed to load and carry 20’ containers up to a maximum weight of 26 500 lbs (12 metric tonnes). The perfect tool for handling and transporting of empty and lightly loaded 20’ ISO storage containers.

HAMMAR ML12-Series MidiLifter

The ML12 has been designed to load and carry 20' containers and flats up to a maximum weight of 26.500 lbs, easily accommodating a large range of empty to mid weight containers. The HAMMAR's ultra long stabilizer outreach ensures picking up one of two 20 footers or transfers to other vehicles is done with ease.

The ML12 can be powered from a PTO wet kit on the truck or be self supported from a 24 hp Honda engine for maximum flexibility.

Mounting on a rigid truck or on a 20’ container chassis is easy and requires very little work. If you want it detachable, mount the ML 12 frame directly on 20’ twist locks! The HAMMAR will then stand alone on its stabilizers and manual landing legs.

Suitable for Chassis: All types of 20’ container chassis and rigid trucks with 20’ capacity.

The HAMMAR ML 12 can be run from a PTO/Pump Kit on the truck/tractor or from a complete Power Pack with pump and diesel tank. The hydraulic oil tank is integrated in the HAMMAR crane base.

The ML 12 is equipped with hand cranked extra supports so that the unit can be lifted from the truck and parked using the main support with these extra supports. It’s an quick and easy operation that takes only minuets and will free the truck or trailer for other use if needed.

With the clip-on system, the HAMMAR can be easily attached and detached on any 20’ trailer or truck with twist locks in the standard 20’ position for normal cargo containers.

Operation with manual levers in the rear end of the unit for both front and rear crane.

Optional to the manual levers, we offer small and handy hand held cordless radio control.
